Programs
Vendors, their staff, employees and agents must comply with all vendor rules, fire codes, laws, ordinances, and regulations pertinent to health, fire prevention and public safety. Failure to comply may result in expulsion from the event without a refund.
The Juneteenth Committee reserves the right to admit or omit duplicate businesses based on the Event's need. Booth locations are not guaranteed and are made at the discretion of the Committee and City.
Vendors shall be liable for delivery; handling and removal of his/her own displays and equipment.
Approved outside canopies must be accompanied by weights on all four corners.
All displays, merchandise, equipment, signs and staff must be contained within the assigned booth space. No amplified music or walkway solicitation is allowed. This will be enforced.
Electricity is not provided. Private generators will NOT be allowed.
Vendors may not sublet or apportion booth space to any other vendor.
No food, drinks, weapons, alcohol, drugs, drug/sexual paraphernalia, fireworks may be sold at the event.
Political campaigning will not be allowed.
Note:
Your Juneteenth interest form has been submitted for review to the Juneteenth Committee. A member of the Committee may reach out to you for additional information. After review, and verification of all required documentation, the Juneteenth Committee will be in contact to collect payment if approved.
Completing registration does not mean you are an approved Informational Vendor. All forms will be reviewed by the Juneteenth Committee. Vendors selected to participate are not approved until required documentation is submitted and payment is paid directly to the Juneteenth Committee.
